This operation retrieves a count of all contacts in the account in the following categories:
- subscribed - Subscribed to one or more channels
- unsubscribed - Not subscribed to any channels and were previously
- noSubscription - Not subscribed to any channels
- suppressed - Suppressed at account level
- binned - Binned
