Deletes all records from the specified Insight data collection but not the collection itself, so further data can be added without removing dependencies to product recommendations, campaigns, or segments.

Notes:

• The deletion is asynchronous progress can be monitored by calling getAsyncStatus
• If you empty a contact scoped Insight data collection then all data for all contacts in that collection will be removed
