Gets a list of all forms in the account

The Dotdigital region id your account belongs to e.g. r1, r2 or r3

Set to true to only get surveys assigned from an address book. Set to false to only retrieve surveys that aren't assigned to an address book.

Enter a number between 1 and 500 (0 is not a valid number). You can select a maximum of 500 results in a single request.
