Omnichannel messaging

We offer one all-encompassing messaging API which we refer to as the Omnichannel API.
This API lets you send messages to your customers across all supported channels, using a RESTful service and JSON data.

In addition to giving you multi-channel messaging support through a straightforward API, you can use the Fallback routing feature to intelligently message your users using the channels you specify in your preference order. This saves costs and improves the user experience.
