Becoming a verified partner of Dotdigital provides you with the opportunity to have your integration reviewed and verified by Dotdigital. There are multiple benefits to this, as verified integrations are considered to be more reliable and provide better value. This in turn will benefit, and meet the needs of mutual customers, giving them the confidence to incorporate your integration into their tech stack.

All verified partners have the verification tick on your Partner profile, allowing potential users to see that the integration has gone through the process. Your integration will also appear in-app within the connect area of the Dotdigital platform.

This ensures that joint customers using the integration are protected and receive exceptional value and customer experience.

Streamlined integration verification

To have a verified integration you must be a verified Dotdigital technology partner, find out more about becoming a partner here.

During the verification process, you will be connected with a member of our Partner Engineering team, who will serve as your primary contact throughout the verification process. The process takes four steps to complete:

The process begins with a discovery call to discuss the potential integration (or an existing one if you're already a partner). Dotdigital will provide guidance and best practices for using our APIs.
After this call, your Partner Engineering contact will assist you with the technical aspects of building the integration and answer any questions you may have.
Once the integration is complete and ready to go live, a Partner Engineering team member will send you a verification form to fill out and submit for review. After reviewing the form and ensuring all verification criteria are met, a final verification call will be scheduled.
During this call, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your integration to a select panel of Dotdigital's technical team. Following the demo, you'll be informed whether your integration has been verified.
